Please see below the terms and conditions for the hire of our Bouncy Castles, on delivery of our bouncy castles you will be asked to read and sign a hire agreement, this is firstly to ensure the safety of everyone using our equipment and this is a requirement for our public liability insurance.
Terms and Condition of Hire
Equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
Please be aware that deposits are non refundable if you cancel your hire booking with less than 4 weeks notice of the agreed hire date.
Cancellations on day of hire due to poor weather conditions must be notified to us before 8am. Deposit will not be refunded but an alternative booking date can be arranged within the next four weeks as long as the castle required is available.
It is your responsibility to make sure the inflatable will fit in desired location. All sizes required are clearly stated within the description of the inflatable. This includes lowest point of ceiling height in halls. If we attend the site and the inflatable does not fit we will cancel the hire and the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding balance amount of the hire.
If we arrive at the hire location and the access is not clear as per confirmation email we have the right to cancel the hire an the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding balance amount of the hire.
If we arrive and you have selected the wrong surface type we have the right to cancel the hire and the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding balance amount of the hire. An example of this would be selecting grass and we attend and the site is astro turf or partly concrete.
If we arrive at the hire and the chosen location for the castle is not clear, clean and of adequate size to site the castle we have the right to cancel the hire and the hirer will be charged the total outstanding balance amount of the hire.
We reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather conditions or any other unforseen circumstance. Inflatables cannot be used outdoors when wind speeds are expected to be 25mph and above. This includes predicted guest speed as detailed in the current European standard.
We will only hire in enclosed gardens, hall venues (indoors and out doors) and at events (schools, fetes corporate events).
We reserve the right to refuse a hire for any reason where we feel that health and safety laws will be broken and or where the safety of participants will be compromised. Safety is our number 1 priority.
If the castle or any other items hired have to be delivered through the property we will not be held accountable for any damage caused. This includes water damage when moving wet castles through properties.
There must be a suitable mains power point within 25 metres of the rear of the bouncy castle, otherwise an extra extension lead will be required.
Please make us aware on arrival of any services laid under the desired site as we will not be held accountable for any damage to such services including drainage, gas, electrical and more. Our pegs are 360mm long.
In the rare event that the delivery driver is late in returning to pick up the equipment, the hirer will be held responsible for the safe keeping of all equipment until the items are collected.
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
You will asked to sign a copy of our hire agreement on the day of hire.
Including Terms and Conditions of Hire for Annies Bouncy Castles It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncing Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:
1 - This unit has a height limit as per marked on inflatable. Please ensure no-one over this height uses the equipment. No adults are to use this Bouncy Castle unless stated as an adult castle.
2 - No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge)
3 - All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.
4 - No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.
5 - No smoking, barbeques or fireworks near the Bouncy Castle.
6 - Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
7 - A responsible Adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
8 - Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
9 - Children should not be pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
10 - It is advised that socks are worn by all participants.
11 - If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.
12 - Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off the inflatable!
13 - Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle as indeed any child who is feeling unwell.
14 - Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
15 - No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
16 - Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.
17 - Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear.
18 - The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. Dry first then use.
19 - In the event of heavy rain , it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
20 - In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The extension cable has a safety reset button, try pressing this, also make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.

The person/s or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
Any loss or damage to the items hired will be billed to the customer for repair or replacement and for loss of income from the asset.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above.
I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e.: If it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
