Question - We have a party in a hall can I hire a Castle?
Answer - Yes you can, we would ask that you confirm the height of the ceiling to see which castles will be suitable.
Question – Is the Bouncy Castle insured?
Answer – Yes all of our equipment has £2 million public liability insurance.
Question – Can I use the Castle on artificial grass?
Answer - Unfortunately we need to weigh the castle down with the correct amount of weight which is 175kg
per anchor point. Unless we can do that we are not allowed for insurance reasons
Question - What happens if something goes wrong?
Answer - We are here to help and will return to the venue to fix any issues concerning the castle hire.
Question - Do I have to pay deposit?
Answer - We do ask for a deposit to secure your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Refunds may be issued on our discretion, depending on the reason for cancelling your booking. Your booking is not secure until we have received your deposit payment.
Question - I need a castle immediately can you deliver at short notice?
Answer - Yes we can, we are just a phone call away.
Question - Do we need power?
Answer - Yes you will need to supply power. All of our blowers are 13amp normal house plugs.
Question - Can I have face paints on the equipment?
Answer - Unfortunately we do not allow face paints to be used on any of our equipment. Face paints stain equipment. If face paints are used on equipment customers will automatically incur a cleaning or replacement fee.
Question - Can I have a castle setup on hard standing?
Answer - No we do not setup equipment on hard standing. i.e. drive ways, patios, paths, streets, chippings or decking. If we arrive at your event and are asked to setup on any of above we will not be able to setup and you will still be charged.
Question - What happens if it is raining or windy?
Answer - We will not setup any equipment under any circumstances in wet, windy or thunder and lighting conditions. If the weather is bad on the day of your event we have the right to cancel your booking and we will refund your deposit.
Question - What happens if the castle gets dirty or damaged during hire?
Answer - If the castle gets dirty i.e with mud-sweets/sticky things- chocolate -popcorn or drinks ect you will be charged by the hour to clean equipment at an hourly rate of £20. A castle to clean and dry normally takes 3-4hrs. If the castle/equipment gets damaged during the hire you will be responsible for damages. repair costs or replacement cost +loss of earnings
Question - Do you charge for delivery/staff
Answer - Delivery is included in the price of your hire upto 15 miles from Cranbrook, near Exeter. If your further away than 15 miles there might be a delivery charge. If you would like staff at your event we do charge extra, please talk to us about your requirements.
